Order Errors
Errors in your order must be reported within ten days.
Errors made by Bumble Bee Electronics will be taken care of at no additional expense to you. Errors are infrequent, but do happen. We will do everything we can to make your experience with us a positive one.
Errors made by the customer, as in ordering the wrong size, will be subject to our Return or Exchange policy. Printers or fax machines with open toner cannot be returned or exchanged. Service for defective units must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty exchange.
Returns Returns MUST be accompanied by a RA#! We cannot guarantee a refund for items sent back with out proper Return Authorization.Use the form below for requesting an RMA number and return instructions. All returns must be in new condition with undamaged packaging. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return Authorizations must be used within ten days.
Exchanges Exchanges MUST be accompanied by a RA#! We cannot guarantee an exchange for items sent back with out proper Return Authorization. Contact us for a RA# and exchange instructions. All exchanges must be in new condition with undamaged packaging. Exchanges will be charged a $7.50 fee for return shipping. Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee, just the return shipping fee. Return Authorizations must be used within ten days.
